A: ENTRANCE TEST
Each candidate seeking Admission in B.C.A. course will have to appear in an entrance test to be conducted by the department.
B: ELIGIBILITY
Candidate seeking admission to the first year of B.C.A. course must have passed 10+2 examination in Arts/Commerce/Science with at least 50% marks and studied Mathematics up to Secondary level. Candidate from outside the state of Rajasthan seeking admission in the course will be eligible only if they have secured a minimum of 60%(I division) marks. Candidate who have appeared in the qualifying examination and their result is awaited, may appear for the Entrance Test at their own risk. They must submit a copy of the marksheet to the office before declaration of result of the Entrance Test.
Candidates belong to SC/ST/OBC categories will be eligible for admission on the minimum passing marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates appearing in the supplementary examination of the qualifying examination will not be eligible for admission.
C: NUMBER OF SEATS
The intake capacity of B.C.A. course is 120 seats. The course will be run under the self finance programme of the university. In addition to the above seats, five seats are available for foreign/NRI candidates subjected to approval of the university.
D: COURSE FEES
Rs 18,000/-per annum each + Appx. Rs 1000 p.a Local fund fees.
