My PhD. Research title- A psychological study of Adolescents about Internet Addiction, completed in 2012.

In the present scenario, one scholar has submitted her thesis and four scholars are undergoing their research under my guidance.

Presented various research papers at National and International Conferences. and also attended various workshops which helped in enhancing my skills and learning towards research subjects.

Major Research project ongoing in the head of RUSA 2.0. titled "Strength-based Development of Tribal Adolescents of Southern Rajasthan: An Empirical Study"

Major research Interests are- Problems related to Adolescents, Binge-watching, Midlife Crisis, emotional Competence, and any new emerging psychological-related subjects. Loves and aspires to work with new generation with their ideas and concepts to bring some changes in the society with their research work.

Presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. After pursuing an M.A. in Psychology, completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from NCERT, Delhi in 2007 and a Ph.D. from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur in 2012. Cleared SET and NET in Psychology. Associated with various professional bodies. Worked as a counselor at Kendriya Vidyalaya. and also served as a research supervisor at the University. Attended and presented papers at many National and International Conferences. Organized various workshops in the department. Worked as Guest Faculty at Govt. Meera Girls College from 2008 to 2017. Also worked as a lecturer at Guru Nanak Girls P.G. Girls College Udaipur in 2017. Invited many times as the resource person in Navoday Leadership Institute in the induction programs of various newly recruited subject teachers for sensitizing the issues related to children and adolescents.
