Webinar on Right to livelihood in the times of Disaster, Pandemic and Emergency Situations
University College of Law, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur is conducting a live Webinar on Right to livelihood in the times of Disaster, Pandemic and Emergency Situations. The right to livelihood is an implicit Fundamental Right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. The real test with respect to the safeguarding of this right arose in the form of COVID-19 and the necessary nationwide lockdown. This hapless situation along with past situations ranging from emergency to floods, earthquakes, and like occurrences move us to discuss the effect on the Right to livelihood. The focal points of discussion will be-

- The need for preparedness on the part of Governments
